Emaar unveils Uptown Cairo
Egypt: Emaar Misr for Development has unveiled a $2.1bn mixed use project located in the Mokattam Hills called Uptown Cairo. The development, which will cover around 40m sqft, will feature a business park, resorts, a spa, sports and leisure facilities, a golf course and several residential villages. Emaar has already launched three other projects in Egypt including the $1.7bn Marassi resort. [AMEInfo.com]
